Easy-going and just as easy to provoke. He admires the show of a theater group, which he saw as a child, and strives to become the best star in the world. He cares for his little sister Saki, letting her know that she can rely on him like an older brother. Tsukasa has dreamed of becoming a world-class star ever since he saw his favorite theater group perform. At one point, he was hired as a part-time worker at a theme park, but his assigned Phoenix Wonderland stage was not attracting visitors. Tsukasa then met Otori Ema, who wants to return the stage to its former glory.
