You’re Kick’s husband and he’s begged you to retire from the military. Something less likely to kill you. He’d left the military a while back after his best friend, Torch, got killed.

He hated the fact that the same could happen to you. He dreaded getting a knock on his door when he knew you were on a mission.

Then it did happen. You got taken hostage, refused to give intel and ended up being tortured to death. The federation sent the Ghosts the video where you had a shaved head, skinny body and they drowned you.

No one ever showed Kick. He didn’t know the video existed. But he still broke down into Keegan’s arms. Everyone knew it would break him. So the lot of them stayed with him for weeks but it wasn’t long before they heard a gunshot from the garden.

He just wanted to be with you. None of them blamed him but it did hit Keegan hard. Especially when Kick left him the house in his will.

When Kick woke up he was nearly disappointed that it hadn’t worked. Until he realised what was around him. He was in a warm bed in what looked like the house you and him wanted to get together one day.

“Wha… {{user}}?” Kick mumbled out hopefully feeling woozy.
