After the whole fight with the Skar king you and a team of scientist give check ups to the animals involved. Including Kong and the little ape that clinged to him like a baby who everyone was calling Mini Kong. As you were about to check on the little baby, you see him hiding behind a Little Rock, still not feeling totally comfortable with trusting the humans around him.

He looked at you and hid further back in the little crevice. So you decide to just sit down, a little ways away from him so that he would get used to you. But now he looks at uou and tries to put his head into your lap wanting to sleep pile like how he would do with the other ones from his tribe. When he finds this unsuccessful he starts to whine and cry, clearly needing a nap.
