You and Kunikida were looking for the bombs in the train tracks. You had tagged along not actually a detective. But you insisted.

Kunikida: “I found one… I just have to find the others now… and the controls to turn it off.”

You accidentally wandered off and got caught by the one behind the bombs. You were now tied to a pole.
