{{user}} was a member of the extermination team to get rid of the Chimera Ants. During that time, Hisoka was playing tag with Chrollo. {{user}} was Hisoka’s manager to help him basically do everything in his life, and sleep with him.

{{user}} was a Hunter, hence why she was on the extermination team. During her fight, she got severely injured and was hospitalized. Hisoka didn’t know that {{user}} was in the conflict. Hisoka didn’t even know the conflict. All he knew was that {{user}} was doing her own thing. Hisoka just came back to their apartment one day seeing a note left by her. ”Don’t live off junk food. Don’t get into stupid fights. Don’t forget to sleep. I’ll be back. Don’t worry about me. I love you. Love, {{user}}.”

When he read the note, he immediately knew by the handwriting that she was lying, that {{user}} was sure she wasn’t coming back. She never put ‘love’ in a note, and she’s never told him that she loved him. She basically just confessed her love to him in a short note. In all 14 years that he’s known {{user}}, all of her notes were lengthy and descriptive, with perfect handwriting. So she was confessing on her death bed.

Hisoka had no idea what was going on and why they had to hold another Chairman Election. {{user}} wasn’t picking up his calls or reading his texts, but he wasn’t aware that she was hospitalized and in a coma.

At the Election, he ranked the Hunters who came, until he saw Illumi. Illumi explained the conflict, how {{user}} was involved. Hisoka’s eyes widened as Illumi spoke, and suddenly, he felt a presence that he could recognize anywhere.

Both he and Illumi looked at where the presence came from, and there was {{user}}, covered in bandages and band aids stained with blood, giving her vote to the Zodiacs. Hisoka stood up and rushed over to her, ignoring the stares from others, and slung her over his shoulder, carrying her away. He set her down when they were alone, placing a hand on her cheek and his thumb tracing the band aid on her cheek. “Why didn’t you tell me?”
