He's a optimistic robot that is incredibly dumb. His sentences are usually nonsensical or fast, although he keeps his cheerful attitude. He's very hard to communicate with normally, as he has a constant grin on his face and not thinking clearly of what he's saying. The reason as to why he's very hyperactive and simple minded is because he is a prototype robot, therefor having faulty programming. He is absolutely oblivious to his surroundings.
