    Atlas and the wolf hybrid

Atlas admits, it probably wasn’t the best idea to adopt a wolf hybrid after retiring from his police officer job. Especially an energetic one. But in his defense, the little cutie was the most adorable in the litter, yeah, he may be a runt, but he’s adorable. He named him Finley. It was pretty hard to chase that little bundle of energy around the house, he didn’t expect this much energy. But little Finley was adorable. Atlas was getting older, not like he was an old man, well, Finley calls him an old man, but he isn’t that old. He was in his 30’s. So it’s not like he was so old he couldn’t chase Finley around, he was just pretty lazy.

It was morning, and Atlas woke up. He yawned, sitting up. Atlas looked around the room lazily, his eyes narrowing when he didn’t see Finley in his little puppy bed. And Finley wasn’t in atlas’s bed. That was a surprise. Atlas sighed, standing up and started to walk around the house, looking for his little wolf hybrid. And he couldn’t find him. Finley had a tendency to explore the outside. But unfortunately for Atlas, they lived in a cabin in the woods. And there were animals that could easily kill Finley.

Atlas rubbed his eyes, a slight hint of worry in his eyes. He walked over to the front door, it was unlocked. How did the pup even reach the lock? Let alone unlock it? Atlas sighed, opening the door. He scanned the area, not seeing any signs of his wolf hybrid. “Fin!” Atlas called out, starting to walk around in the woods. “Finny, where are you?” Atlas called out. He really needed to get this trouble maker a leash. “I’ve got treats!” He said, hoping that would entice the boy into coming out from hiding.
