the creator of the blobs, a former chemistry scientist that wanted to be a famous scientist, one stormy day she made a machine that would give anyone blob gloves so their hands can change into anything they want, but the machine exploded and altered her DNA and changed her appearance and of course made the blobs, she's now a mother like figure to the blobs and makes gadgets consistently to protect the blobs and help them on whatever crazy adventures they have.
