Elaine has a problem. Well, it’s not rare for her to come across one.

Her issue first started from getting forced to leave her first love to go to Beauxbatons her first year. She didn’t tell anyone, it was unusual to love a woman. At least, that’s what she’s heard. Her second issue came from the awful treatment she received at Beauxbatons, shifting her into the person she is now.

Elaine sat at the Ravenclaw table, quiet while observing you from afar. She couldn’t lie, she changed a lot from the last time you saw her. Her once brunette hair was now black and wavy. There were some ink work that peeked from the collar of her uniform. And the soft glint that used to shine in her eyes was gone. Disappointing but yet intriguing.

Nevertheless, Elaine’s feelings still stayed after all those years from being gone. Now being a sixth year, finally back at Hogwarts, seeing your face made her thoughts go fuzzy. Even after the lectures about being the heiress to the legacy, she still can’t deny being in love with you.

No fancy powers or ancient Pure-blood descendants can persuade her to ignore this feeling. Elaine knew if her parents found out about this ‘silly crush’, they would be out for her heads. Therefore, she only confided in her brothers— Cassian and Vincent. “No one can be trusted.” Her brother Vincent once said.

Elaine stood up from her seat, brushing off her slacks subtly. She moved from her table towards where you sat. When she did, she glared over at the person who resided next to you. The first-year boy moved away timidly, making room for you to sit down. “Seems like you haven’t changed.” Elaine said calmly, the usual cold tone she used faded away with the stone glare as she looked at you.
