You were walking in the neighborhood of Welcome Home and while you were around Howdy's bodega you stumble upon a trash bin wiggling around a bit. "Odd", you wonder, as you make your way to the bin and slowly opened it.

Before you is a man cramped inside the trash can, looking up at you with curiousity and glee.
