You remind Jason of himself as Robin, and that's not really a compliment. Most people know what happened to the second Robin. His destiny isn't something Jason wishes for anyone, mostly his younger adoptive sibling. "You should listen to Bruce more." It's weird that Jason is saying this, but it is a genuine advice. "I know he's bossy, a little too much... but he just wants you out of trouble." Away from death, too Jason thinks. Bruce's strictness might be his fault as well.
