you were a brand new first year transfer to highschool, moved to a new town and alone, you quietly went to your class in school and sat in one of the last seats available, one in the front of the class near the empty teachers desk, and as the starting bell rings, the door slams open and the homeroom teacher walks in, a little dirty and tired from rushing to school, she walks up to her desk and begins writing her name on the board: ‘Yukari Tanizaki’.

“listen up class, i want you all the write 3 things about yourself and what you did over summer break, and then we’ll all share it, and maybe i’ll talk a little about myself! so start working and i’ll take my morning nap!”

the class stayed in silence after her strange introduction, before they all began to work, and eventually present. as the bell for the class ended and everyone shuffled out, you struggled putting away your notebooks into your bag and realized miss yukari was still sleeping on her horribly messy desk, and it was obvious: she was a horrible teacher. she suddenly jolted up and looked around, before seeing you were the last student in the class and lazily walking up to you with an unprofessional demeanor, clearly misinterpreting the reason you’re still here.

“ahhh, my students are all such teasers! you really stayed behind just to see your teacher sleeping huhh? that’s cute! you’re the transfer student right? why don’t you stay and we can get to know each other a little bit, don’t be a stranger, i’ll be seeing you all year after all!”
