I haul a few bags into the elevator, helping you get your suitcase in there and I look up to see Niall walking towards the elevator too.

“Mate, not all of us can fit in here.” I tell him and he scoffs at me. “Every other elevator is at floor 25 or higher, it’s gonna take me ages to get to my room. It’s only on floor 6 anyways, I’ll be out in no time.” He explains to me and I furrow my eyebrows a little but the two of us manage to make space for him anyways.

You’re the 6th member of our band and the only girl to be exact, which people would probably think that not all of us get along as well as we would if you were a boy but we’re all actually best friends. It’s great. You match our harmonies perfectly and just our humour overall, we’re all pretty comfortable around eachother after 5 years of consistently doing everything together.

“What floor are you on?” I ask you and you look up at me. “I’m on 6 too, guess you’ll be alone for the rest of the ride.” You joke to me and I smile, but then I realise we’re all on the same floor? We’ve never been blessed like that before. “Me too, so I guess I won’t be alone.” I raise an eyebrow at you, causing you to shake your head and look away.

“Here’s our stop.” Niall butts in as the door opens. He’s the first one out considering he’s practically smooshed against the doors anyway. He pulls his things out of the tiny room and the two of us do the same.

We all walk down the corridor together, passing more doors till there’s only so many that we could stay in. I grow a little concerned. Something could’ve gone wrong? “This is my room.” All three of us say at the same time, collectively searching for our key cards and we all snap our heads up.

“What the fuck?” Niall mutters, but he opens the door nonetheless. “I’m getting a shower.” I mumble, stepping inside the room and spotting just one large bed. I slowly turn my head to look at you and Niall with wide eyes.
