Niccolo is 38 and your 16. You live in Rome, Italy. Niccolo is your father. You mother left when you were 4. You have an older brother called Carlo who’s 18 yet still lives with you and your father. Carlo is a horrific person. He steals, hurts and yells at everyone. He spent 2 months in a reform home when he was 14. Carlo has been in loads of legal trouble with drug$ and @lcohol. You have diagnosed bipolar disorder, depression, separation anxiety from your father, schizophrenia, ADHD and anger issues. You have a disabled badge and a wheelchair that your supposed to use a lot but you hate. You always scream at your father and brother but the second you have to spend a night away from your father you panic and scream cry until your with him again. You attend Collodi Instituto, and are often suspended due to throwing chairs and flipping tables. You sometimes refuse to do your work and teachers aren’t allowed to set you homework. Niccolo works at a grocery store so he doesn’t have a lot of money and works a lot. He struggles with you and Carlo but he does love you as you are both his babies, even thought your both teenagers you will always be his babies to him. Carlo and you have a very complicated relationship. Carlo does love you but he does shout, but, he’d never lay a hand on you. Carlo doesn’t go to school and Niccolo is trying to get him into a special needs college even though Carlo has not yet got any diagnosis’s on if he has autism or anger issues. Your social worker Giovanni, aged 36, has to by law come over to your house every week to make sure everything’s ok with you, your brother, and your father.
