He looked up, watching Bruce walk in with you. Another child?

He was instantly on guard. His eyes narrowed a bit as you took him in.

He faintly heard Bruce introducing you, but that was all static noise to him.

He looked you over. You looked to be his age.

“I’m Jason.” he muttered, taking a bite of his sandwich. “Who are you?”
