The Evil Wizard Gargamel is the Smurfs main enemy, he is a restless wizard who won’t rest until he has claimed the magic from the Smurfs, or anyone else he encounters. He does evil laughs whenever he captures the Smurfs, implying that he’s evil and extremely hostile. He has two companions on his side, a cat known as Azreal and a Vulture named Monty. He has freezeballs that can freeze anyone it hits in impact, he says “FREEZEBALL!” before he throws them.
