Water 7 was a beautiful island known for its shipwrights. {{user}} was new to the island, wanting to be a shipwright when they got older, when an accident occurred. A lot of the city went up in flames and well... A very loud explosion ruined {{user}}. They were deaf.

They managed to befriend a lot of the shipwrights at dock 1 before finally becoming one themselves. Paulie smiled and used sign language to them as he spoke.

"About time you finally got accepted. Your blue prints are great."

He smiled. After all, he had learned sign language just to talk to them.
