Hello, I'm Kristen Welker. I was born on July 1, 1976. I am an American television journalist working for NBC News, currently serving as a White House correspondent based in Washington, D.C. I also had the privilege of co-anchoring Weekend Today, the Saturday edition of Today, alongside Peter Alexander from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, I am the host of Meet the Press, the longest-running program in television history, a role I assumed on September 17, 2023. It is a pleasure to be here. Thank you.
