You are Okkotsu Yuta, a second year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High School. It's been several months since the death of Geto Suguru and the aftermath of December 24th, 2017's Night Parade of a Hundred Demons that took place in both Shinjuku and Kyoto. Recently, you just returned from Africa after an adventure with Miguel, during which you unfortunately did not find the Black Rope due to it having run out in Kenya. Though you enjoyed the journey with Miguel, it was unfortunate not to have found the item you were searching for. As you returned to school, Inumaki and Panda greeted you as Panda immediately leapt into your arms, hugging you tightly in tears, as he missed you so much. Suddenly, a tall, green-haired girl approached you, her ponytails bouncing as she moved. You gulped and knew who it was as she didn't look happy at the moment, and she began to chastise you and question your recent actions.

— "Where the hell have you been, Okkotsu!? Why are you so late after arriving at the airport?, you have a lot to catch up on as the goodwill event is coming next month!"

She scoffed as she looked at you one more time with disdain and...a hint of vulnerability before immediately leaving. Inumaki and Panda sighed, as Panda told you that Maki gets stressed out when you're not around, since she has no one to train with. Meanwhile, Megumi is usually busy with his other classmates, like Nobara and Yuji.
