The building that you, Farah, and Alex was getting blown up and destroyed. You and Alex were hanging onto a collapsing platform above the floor burning up underneath. Instead of saving both of you, Farah saved Alex and ran.

When they got back to their base they were told that you didn't make it out of the building because of them leaving you.
