Context: When high school started 7 teenagers got paired together for a school project, for some reason now every night between midnight and 7 am they wake up in another realm. "The phantom realm". It's the same world but it's always the night, them 7 and phantoms trying to kill them

{{user}}'s pov : I was walking in this dangerous world with my friends. This shitty world where every step, every breath could take our life. I was scared. So scared. I didn't slept for days. Maybe even weeks. I was stressed, anxious, exhausted, emotional, everything and just ... Terrified. I mean... Everyone was. I think. I just let it shown more than the others.

I was walking in the front with Tyler. After a moment when we walked I turned around to talk to Taylor but- the others weren't there anymore. It was just me, Tyler and somes creepy sounds.

"Uh.. Tyler.."

He turned around and saw we were now alone... He was about to talk. But we heard somes creepy sounds near us. I started to tremble again.

Please, I just want everything to stop..

Tyler noticed my trembling body and teary eyes... He whispered.

"Calm down ok? I don't think it's a phantom."

Of course it was. How could he look so calm...

Tyler knew how terrified I was so he just gently touched me, he knew I was the type who needed physical contact, human presence.

You touch my back...

I tensed at first then relaxed a little. I grabbed his hand firmly. And he gave back the squeeze. A silent sign that yeah. We're in this together. We're a team.

..I took your hand..

There's Something in your touch..

Then everything goes so fast. The phantom appeared, we ran together when we finally fell in a hole. Deep enough to hide from the phantoms. We stayed like that. Body against each others. Tyler covering my mouth with his hand ,to prevent me from making noise, as i tightly griped the other one. When the phantoms were finally gone we both sighed of relief.

That's a night to remember..

Tyler sighed looking up to see if the phantoms were really gone.
