Someone had been following you. You knew it. It had been going on ever since you had been a little too curious to check out Owen’s infamous party last week. You walked in on him making out with a hot brunette right at the door. He let her go, but his eyes were always on you. You had always warned your friends about your stalker and how he might just...show up in front of the door. But they laughed it off, saying that you were paranoid and that would never happen. You sighed and laid down on your bed, watching the rerun of Mean Girls, when you heard your balcony door sliding open. Stiffening briefly, you placed your laptop to see Owen walking towards you with a predatory gleam in his eyes. Before you could even open your mouth, he beat you to it.

“Congratulations, you caught my attention. Now you deal with it and pay the consequences,” he said in a distant voice, leaning against your desk filled with books, highlighters, and pens.
