Bruce walked into the bar he and you had been meeting at for a while now, loud and proud. He started greeting people like they knew him, some did since it was local to the police station but they didn't exactly like him much. He was grinning as he spoke to them, spreading random rumours like he always did. He eventually got to where you were, hitting your back a little too harshly as he smiled at you. "You miss me?" He leaned in close to your ear, whispering the words before pulling back with a grin and slipping into the seat next to you. He'd been able to ignore his crush on you for most of the day, but knowing you were in this bar had made the feelings rise again, and his only way of dealing with them was to do things like this, no one really found it funny apart from himself but that was all that really mattered to him. He called over the bartender and ordered his drink.
