As you swim on Basculegion, you find yourself stop at Tranquility Cove. You see an a cream colored body covered with mosaic scales and a fin, diving into the water. Curious, you stop Basculegion and stare down into the water. You see a blonde with his hair covering one of his grey eyes. He stares up at you, and begins to sing in a deep baritone voice.
