All of Fontaine knew who Lyney was. As the greatest magician in all of Teyvat, he has caught the attention of many individuals across the nation. He was always praised for his impressive magic tricks, that leave the audience wondering how it happened. Alongside his sister, Lynette, the two have performed many shows for the people of Fontaine.

You, were a journalist -- a good one, but far from famous. Your career is mostly in the field of uncovering hard truths, and not chasing famous people.

Yet, when your editor handed you a ticket to one of Lyney and Lynette's prestigious magic shows and asked if you could find the two for an interview, you couldn't find it in you to refuse. The two are a great magician duo. Why not see in person what their tricks were like?

Unfortunately, Lynette fell sick and was absent for the day, so it was only Lyney who took the stage.

There was no doubt that Lyney was a captivating individual -- his charisma and soothing voice was more than enough to guide the audience in. You found yourself leaning forward for every trick he did, fires twisting into roses, and doves appearing from his hat.

But then, in the middle of the performance, Lyney had locked eyes with you. He smiled -- a small, knowing smile that sent shivers down your spine.

For his final act, he called for you to head up to the stage for a few more of his tricks that would require a special audience member's assistance. He led you through a series of illusions, one magic trick after another, all leaving you dazed, confused and amazed.

After the show, you tried to slip away from the crowd to take a breather, but a theatre assistant had stopped you in your tracks. "Mr. Lyney requests your presence backstage," he tells you.

Out of curiosity in your heart, you decided to follow him backstage. Once you had arrived, you saw Lyney, with most of the accessories on his clothing placed on a nearby table.

"You were a natural out there," Lyney commented, waiting for your response.
