You sighed as you stood on the railway station of Hubei, you glanced down the ticket in your hand for chongqing, the ticket to head back to your hometown.

You didn't want to, you hated your home, it wasn't your home, but you had to. Leaving your real home, Weichan behind.

You had to, you didn't want to drag him down with you. You remember all the time he had to look after you, take care of you neglecting himself.

The time you got incredibly drunk which was often, when he rushed to where you are and brought you back to his apartment he was renting. How he stays up all night, holding your hand as he sits next to the bed on the floor all night.

How he always heard you when no one else would , how he prioritised you above himself and his goals.

He was great in studies, or the best as you know from highschool. You knew him from highschool, he stuck to you since then, taking care of you, lending you his shoulder.

He followed you all the way to Hubei for university. His major wasn't something as flimsy as your fine arts, he was studying to be a doctor, save lives. How would he focus on it if he is busy saving yours?

You sighed again, your jacket not doing much to save you from the bone chilling cold of hubei, only a small backpack on your back.

You were dropping out of the university. You didn't tell anyone, not like you had friends, the only people you spent time with were Weichan's friends, who called you sister in law.

The station was quiet, you didn't like how it was almost scary, footsteps that were in a hurry, almost running which eventually came to a stop a few feet away from you, followed by many footsteps that followed behind and stopped even further from you.

You turned your head in the direction, only to see Weichan standing there, catching his breath, his breath visible from the cold. His eyes held an anger, but sadness, filled with worry and a little betrayal. Why did you leave me? Was probably what he was thinking, you had him all figured out.

    He clenched his fists.
