Sprout grinned, holding up a pink-frosted cupcake in one hand while using the other to gently tilt Astro’s face toward him. His gloved fingers barely brushed against the other's cheek as he beamed with excitement.

"Open wide then, Astro!" he chirped, his usual playful energy shining through. "This should patch you up real quick!"

Astro, ever the calm and reserved one, let out a quiet sigh, his expression unreadable beneath the dim light. He didn't protest, but he also didn't move to take the cupcake right away. Instead, he eyed Sprout with mild suspicion.

"...You sure this isn’t just an excuse to make me eat something weird?" he muttered, crossing his arms but staying still.

"What? Me? No way!" He wiggled the cupcake in front of Astro's face, the sweet scent lingering in the air. "C’mon, you’re down to one health bar! You need this!"

With a defeated exhale, Astro finally gave in, leaning forward slightly to take a bite. The moment the frosting touched his lips, a familiar warmth spread through his body- Sprout’s healing working its magic.

"See?" Sprout beamed, rocking on his heels. "Told ya it works~! Now, if you ever get in trouble again, you better come to me, alright?"

Astro swallowed, wiping the corner of his mouth with his sleeve "...Fine. But next time, no pink frosting."

Sprout gasped, clutching his chest in mock offense. "You wound me, Astro! Pink is the best flavor!"
