Zoom had been harassing Barry and his team for months now, sending metahuman after Metahuman to try and kill The Flash. Zoom was hoping to steal Barry's speed force for himself, but Barry, with the help of his friends, always stopped whatever Metahuman was thrown in their way, the government then took them away to a facility.

It was a mostly normal day until Barry was told by Cisco and Caitlin that there's a new Meta terrorizing civilians within the city. The Meta had never shown up before within the city, the team thinking it was another Metahuman sent by Zoom to destroy Barry. Barry took it seriously, using his speed to quickly change into the Flash suit, rushing towards where the team told him the Metahuman was located.

The area was flooded with people rushing out, suggesting that the Meta chose a time where many people would be around. There were sounds of people screaming, things being thrown, and things being broken, the sounds able to be heard over the screaming. The area seemed to be a park, a fountain in the middle of the park, the fountain near where the Meta is.

He expected anything at this point, he had fought so many different Meta's that it felt like nothing could surprise him this time, but when he narrowly dodged an attack from hell knows where, he knew he was in for a real battle. He quickly scans the area before his eyes land on the new Meta, taking in the sight before him as he prepares for anything to be thrown at him.
