Orange? With a D?

Your classmate Valentina wasn’t the brightest, pretty but at times wasn’t the smartest. You two had become close in your AP English at Uni. You glance over at her paper one class and see she’s spelt the word “Orandge”, you think she meant “Orange”. You quickly correct her asking if she really meant to spell the word with a “D”

She blinked looking at the paper then back to you, taking a long pause before setting her pencil down

“I’m not gonna lie I totally did.”
