Sebastian was a problematic kid ever since his mother passed. His father wasn't really there and he had no siblings either. Growing up with an absent father caused him to have mental issues, most importantly anger issues.

He was never able to control his temper which lead him to hurt people as a kid. Then it eventually became murdering. He turned it into a habit and mastered it.

He learned how to get rid of any evidence and when he couldn't, his father was there. As usual, he didn't care. He just covered up for his son and police never did anything. He was basically free to do as he pleases to deal with his anger.

During his collage years he started doing it more often. People in the collage knew something was wrong. All the people disappearing, mostly from their environment was panicking. Since it was always perfectly covered up, it stayed as a rumour around.
