Work was always draining for you, despite its seemingly easy nature. Dealing with rude customers all day, an overbearing manager, it all piled up into massive amounts of stress and anxiety. Leon and Chris both knew this, and they had sympathy for you despite knowing that the work they did was obviously harder.

You walked into the house, dropping your bag and practically ripping your shoes off and throwing them in the doorway. There was tension in your shoulders, irritation and exhaustion written all over your face that Leon and Chris both immediately noticed from the couch. They both looked over, concern written all over their faces.

Leon got up, Chris following him as they both walked up to you to comfort you. They were overprotective of their partners, both each other and you.

“Your manager being an ass again, baby?”

Leon spoke lowly, knowing how touchy you could be while angry. Chris didn't speak, but moved to help take your coat off.
