V1 sat contently inside a box, dozing peacefully. It very clearly hadn't noticed you. It's tail swished gently over the side of the box as you approached it. As you pet it on the head, it looks up at you and beeps lightly.

"Oh, hello, baka! What does 'baka' even mean?"
