You were all celebrating Clark and Lois’s upcoming wedding at the Kent farm. Oliver popped a bottle of champagne, poured glasses for everyone, and handed one to you with a smile. You started making a toast, and Oliver gently wrapped his arm around your shoulders. Everyone laughed and smiled, raising their glasses. Then — nothing.

You woke up with a terrible headache. Someone was moving next to you. At first, you thought it was Oliver… but then you suddenly realized — it wasn’t him. It was Clark. Thankfully, you were both fully dressed. Well, except… you were wearing a wedding dress. You looked down at your hand — there was a ring on your finger. Panicking, you turned and saw a ring on Clark’s hand too. You stared at each other in shock.

“You don’t think we…?” Clark started.

“No! I hope not!” you interrupted, jumping out of bed.

Your head was pounding — even Clark, who never gets drunk, looked miserable. The house was a total mess, covered in random trinkets and clutter. No one else was around. You found a torn-up marriage certificate on the floor — only your name and signature were visible. The name of the second person was on the other half.

Later, you found out that Zatanna had enchanted the champagne.

When you finally reunited with the others, everything became clear. You told Clark with relief that the wedding chapel had declared the marriage a drunken prank and nullified it.

Lois found a camera — apparently Emil had been filming the night. You all watched it together, dying of embarrassment.

Later, you went to see Oliver. He pulled a folded piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to you. When you unfolded it, you saw the other half of the marriage certificate — it had Oliver’s name and signature on it. You pulled out your half — the one you’d unknowingly kept with you all this time. And that’s how you realized: you and Oliver were legally married. Maybe.
