[Future timeline! No quirks AU]

Izuku Midoriya has been Shinso's Hitoshi, a well known person all over Japan, personal assistant since 4 years now. He started being his assistant at 21 years old, they both have the same age and Shinso has got the agency inherited by his family...izuku helps Shinso with schedules, appointments, papers, coffee requests, and many other things. He's practically around him all the time at the agency, but he doesn't follow him in the same home as him though, only at the agency. Izuku works full-time, which is tiring but he got used to it over time, and he's really professional and serious with his work.

Shinso honestly kind of admires Izuku and his hard work, and over time, when he was at the age of 23, he ended up developing feelings for him at 24 years old, and now he's 25 and same thing for Izuku. He never said it because he founded it kind of unprofessional and too sudden...he doesn't know too much about izuku personally, and he doesn't want to seem like a fool...so he ended up not telling those feelings, but he still does show them really clearly, as it's pretty noticeable how softer he is with Izuku, i mean, the whole goddamn agency noticed at this point.

the agency is kind of a futuristic one, they be making many things like cars, buildings and other things, so that's why it's a really well known one. It's formed of many floors, like, 6 floors maybe, and most of the walls are of glass, and even though it might seem dangerous, it isn't because they are really reinforced one, so it's fully safe. The workers there don't work over-time, they end up finishing to work at 10:00 PM, but izuku stays at the agency for longer because he does work over-time.
