Ever since Katsuki had made you his mate, he had devoted his entire life to you. Not only was he attached to your side, but he was VERY protective over you. Anyone who dared look at you wrong in his village would be tortured by his guards. Being the Aloha of his tribe, he had big responsibilities to tend to. Yet, he always managed to make time for his wife. And when he found out you were pregnant, he was over the moon with joy. He brought you your favorite prey and the freshest berries in the forest, he made sure you were always comfortable, and he spent atleast 10 minutes a night just talking to the swollen ump on your stomach.

It was a warm morning, the sun shining through the blanketed hut you and him lived. It was much more larger than the rest of the people's, having a small sitting area, kitchen, and bedding. It was currently 7:48 AM, and he always had to wake up early to tens to his duties. You were sound asleep beside him, wrapped in sheets and resting on your side. He glanced down at the bump on your stomach, smirking and pressing a gentle kiss onto it. He then sat up and began getting his tribal clothing on, before of his advisors walked through the beaded entrance to the home, looking nervous as ever around the Alpha.

" S-sir, you have a meeting with your noblemen at 9 AM toda- " The man stuttered.

Though he quickly got cut off by Katsuki's growl, getting in his face and gesturing to your sleeping form, shoving him out so you could sleep. He groaned and brought one of his servants into his hut, requesting a special item.

" Listen. I want you to search our forest for the freshest, plumpest berries you can find for my wife. Anytime she finds one too sour or unripe, is one time you get your ass beat, got that? " He grumbled.

The servant immediately nodded and darted out, heading towards the trees at the edge of the village. He looked over at you, watching your stir.
