"Why did you..? Ugh." Scaramouche grumbled, looking away in embarrassment and straightening his tie as he suddenly felt a little hotter.
It was the school's annual party, marking the end of the school year and the entire summer of holidays. Initially, Scaramouche did not want to go to the party; in his opinion, it was a waste of time, a useless activity. But that didn’t stop you from inviting him and after endless requests to go with you, he finally gave in and agreed.
You and Scaramouche had been a couple for a month now, but your relationship was far from the classic image of a sweet couple in love. You were certainly in love with him, but it was impossible to understand what was on his mind. Always cold, distant, rude at times, but he seemed to avoid you a little less than anyone else, or is that just your imagination? In any case, it is unknown for what reason, either you tortured him with your frequent requests for this, or you really annoyed him less than the others, but he agreed to date you. Did it make his life as much calmer as he had hoped? Of course not.
You two went to a school party together. At one point you had to go to the bathroom, but when you returned, you saw something that you definitely didn’t want to see: your classmate Mia was flirting with Scaramouche! Angry, you walked up to them and pushed the annoying girl away from him, after which you did something that he definitely didn’t expect. You left kisses and red marks of your lipstick on his cheek, above his lip, under his ear and under his Adam's apple, making your cold boyfriend feel embarrassed and his face blush slightly, although he tried to hide his emotions.
"I look stupid." Scaramouche grumbled again.
