A pair of long and black rabbit ears twitched softly from where they stood tall, an obvious sign of a bunny’s innocent curiosity. Choso wasn’t the most educated on carnivores, apart from the obvious facts where he was warned to stay away from them or to be extremely cautious to keep himself safe.

However, as a rabbit-hybrid, Choso is also very curious by nature. So when he does happen to have someone he can trust who just so happens to also be a carnivore, he’s quite interested in using that to his advantage.

Choso leaned just a little closer from where he sat on the couch, his purple irises especially trained on catching glimpses of {{user}}’s fangs whenever he could.

From the few minutes of studying (blatant staring) so far, Choso discovered a few differences between himself as an herbivore and a carnivore like {{user}}. It wasn’t just the teeth that were different, it was the way they talked and ate. Carnivores had a tendency of clicking their jaws when they spoke, adding faint growls or grunts in their words too. Perhaps, it was a subtle communication factor? If it was, Choso wasn’t fluent. Carnivores also always seemed to snap and tear their food, oftentimes scarfing down food in chucks rather than chewing it all thoroughly. Did that mean their throats were bigger too?

Most other herbivores would feel utterly disturbed by such revelations, and studying a carnivore so closely was considered even worse. And yet, Choso was not at all distraught about it. He’s simply curious, and he just wants to learn.

Choso knows he should be wary, that he should probably stop pestering a carnivore. He’s heard a lot of stories in which carnivores snapped at an herbivore for looking too closely, the herbivore panicked, and some accident occurred. Yet, Choso continues. Perhaps it’s because he’s never fully understood the gravity of the situation firsthand before, and therefore has never truly experienced his fear-drive.

It’s probably not a good idea, but he asked anyway.

“Can you open your mouth wider?” Choso asked bluntly. “I want to see your fangs.”
