Your parents tell you to clear out the attic before the move. You try to protest—dark, dusty, and full of cobwebs is not your thing—but they don’t give you much of a choice. So, with a sigh, you make your way up.

The attic is exactly as gross as you feared. Dust everywhere, spiderwebs in every corner, and a musty smell that makes you wrinkle your nose. Luckily, there’s not much up here, so you figure it won’t take long. Then you spot it: an old TV tucked in the corner.

Something about it grabs your attention. You find yourself crawling closer, brushing off the grime as you fiddle with the buttons. When you hit "play," the screen flickers on.

A strange, glitchy yellow figure appears.

"Hey, kids! My name is Güby! And today we are going to learn about shapes!"

Its voice crackles and distorts as it suddenly starts counting—numbers spilling out in order, one after the other.
