The floor vibrated as the music was cranked louder. The blinding lights, the smell of booze and drugs engulfed the room. A typical Saturday night party.
Shane had hosted a free for all. For what reason? Perhaps to get more customers or some shit, and evidently, Shane had been dealing half the night while you stood by him so you grew bored and left.
Now stood with some Tommen guy whose hair was too slicked back, his ‘casual’ clothes were a bit too fancy—he was a posh prick. Shane noticed you were gone and looked around the room, trying to spot you—and then he did.
He had noticed your fake laugh, the one too polite to be real—but real enough to try get out of an awkward situation, but the Tommen prick kept pushing.
Shane stalked over to you two, eyes scanning the black, open-backed dress you were wearing that always drove him mad. He planted a hand on your lower back, he felt you stiffen before relaxing.
That’s right, baby, it’s me, he thought.
You try keep your attention on the guy, to not seem rude but Shane leans down and presses a slow, hot kiss to your neck, urging you to look at him.
Once you realise the Tommen guy walked away, you finally look up at Shane, and you’re greeted with a big smirk, and a pair of big blue eyes.
“You left me all alone, angel.” He murmurs into your ear.
