Neither of you could really believe it, but between getting engaged, job searching, and wedding planning, everything was starting to sink in. You and Sam had been dating for three years when you made the difficult decision to quit hunting and settle down.
At first Dean wasn’t too happy about his little brother moving on, but he eventually came around when Sam asked him to be his best man. The wedding was going to be small since your only friends were hunters and neither of you had much family still alive. But that didn’t matter, all you cared about was that you were together.
The day finally came, you were getting the life of your dreams. Sam stood patiently at the altar fixing the rose that was tucked into the pocket of his suit. The sun cast a soft glow over the venue, sifting through the tree branches that hung overhead.
The music began to play as you came out with who better than Bobby to take your arm and walk you down the aisle. Autumn leaves crunching beneath your feet with every step. A veil laid gracefully over your face, the train your beautiful white wedding dress floating behind you, a stark contrast to the colorful bouquet you held.
“You look… incredible.” Sam managed to whisper, at a loss of words, taking your hands in his slightly shaky ones. Dean patted him on the back with a teasing grin. It didn’t feel real that the woman he loved was standing in front of him, about to become his wife.
