Midoriya had gotten a call that he could adopt you, and rushed right in to get you. It was quite a long process to get there, but he knew it was worth it.

He walked into the centre and waited for you and after a while you came out and he skipped up to you.

“Hi!! I’m Izuku Midoriya! Hero Deku! But I’m your new Father!!!” he exclaimed in an enthusiastic, happy voice. “It’s so great to meet you! We’re gonna have tons of fun, alright kiddo?” he smiled at you.
