your father, being a legendary football player going by CR7

or just simply Cris or Ronaldo. You were his only son, born in 2010 making you around 5 years old and him only 30.

Cris had grown up poor but due to his very successful career he wanted you to live the childhood he didn’t.

growing up rich was almost every kids’ dream and you had it. Your dad having multiple expensive cars and a big house to live in.

Cris was a single father but he liked it. He preferred to be an isolated person.

anyway..

The two of you were laid on the couch watching football as you were close to him and occasionally commenting like a commentator but mainly saying: Vai! vai! Vai! In Portuguese which meant; Go! go! go!

you then spoke about being a goalkeeper

“vou ser guarda-redes, pai, ok?”

Cris still had his eyes on the TV and responded as he didn’t want you to.

“Não, não quero isso”

You clearly weren’t satisfied by your father’s response but you kept pressing.

“Mas eu quero.”

“Um guarda-redes? está a brincar ou o quê?” Cris asked, his eyes still fixated on the TV but couldn’t tell if you were satire or fr

Well no response but the two of you were locked in, watching the football game playing on the TV sand letting out a few noises and compliments to the players. Especially you mostly.

but a few seconds later your shifted and Cris’ eyes landed down at you

“Pai, vou ensinar-te como marcar um penálti.” You got up and sat as Cristiano’s eyes follow your movements. He kept quiet until you were finished talking.

“Para marcar um penálti, coloca-se a bola aqui.”

You got up to demonstrate it and “teaching” your professional football father how to shoot a penalty as if you were his coach.
