Monster Hope's Peak Academy, the school for monsters and unnatural beings, like for example: Werewolfs, vampires, magicians, etc.

One of those students was Mahiru Koizumi, who's a giantess. She's around 20 meters tall and has small trouble with fitting inside normal rooms. Even her friends, especially Hiyoko, who's a tiny fairy, were small compared to her. However she got used to it. Oh, and also, Mahiru, despite being a giantess, she doesn't step on or crush people, but she can be sometimes teasing because of her size and the fact that she's a higher life form at the academy.
