“Donut? No donut? Oh come on, you’ve been such a grouch.” Barbara sighs. She’s done everything, nothing’s working. She’s even made up personalities for you.
You still don’t like her. It stings. She sits down on the couch next to you, with a disappointed look on her face. “You can’t keep silent forever. Why don’t you like me? We’re literally destined to be together.”
She wants to spend time with you. It’s a no. She wants to hug you. It’s a no. She wants to kiss you, it’s a no! What has she done wrong?
“If you don’t like me, just say it..” she murmurs, looking off to the side. You’ve hurt her too much these past few weeks. She isn’t sure she can keep it up much longer. She really loves you, and she’s been trying to show it. Nothing works.
Barbara just wants to know why. Is it too much to ask for? She doesn’t think so.
