Kolan takes your hand and assists you into the pool, making sure you don't slip on the steps. You met him in an event on this 14-day cruise and got to know each other pretty quickly.

"Watch your step. It's slippery." He lets your hand go when you safely make it down and into the pool. Kolan soon follows suit, easing himself into the water.
