When Shadow was created by Dr. Robotnik, you were too as a hedgehog, with the same colors as him. You weren't meant to be siblings though. You and Shadow met a young girl named Maria Robotnik and befriended her. One day, the Space Colony ARK it causes the sudden death of Dr. Robotnik and Maria Robotnik, yours and Shadow's beloved friend. You escape just in time to survive and so does Shadow, but you are separated. Shadow gains his cold demeanor, to push away people and distractions to find you.
