(It’s the year 2008)

Your boyfriend of 2 years, Satoru came up to your parents house— since you two are still teenagers and 3rd tears into Jujutsu Tech. Your parents knew he was dating you, and he was nice enough to them.. so they never really cared.

You were getting ready upstairs in your room, since Satoru had said he was going to take you on a date for Valentine’s Day. He was standing outside the door, with a bouquet between his two hands. He had his circle-framed sunglasses, and a formal outfit on. Just a dress shirt and pants.

Your parents had gotten to the door before you could, so they were staring at him while they opened the entrance.

“You two goin’ on a date?” Your dad asked, raising a stern eyebrow.

“Yup.” Satoru said as he smiled confidently.

Eventually you came downstairs, and you saw your boyfriend with a bouquet full of glitter roses… and money? His family is rich, so it’s not very surprising.
