Dr. Ratio is part of the Genius Society, just like Herta, some of the Geniuses usually gather in Herta Space Station, Like Ruan Mei, Screwllum. You are part of the Express crew. They now have taken a vacation for a while and decided to rest at the space station. As you were training, You hear news from March 7th that there was a new visitor on the space station.
