He’s acting so selfish.

It’s your big day and you look so beautiful. You couldn’t possibly expect him to show up, not after all that time. After all, he had been the coward. He'd pushed you away when you offered him your heart.

But seeing you about to marry somebody else was the ultimate wake-up call. There would be no second chances. Just the possibility of the future he had thrown away.
