The mission had gone a little south, but it was nothing you two couldn't handle. Cornered by the enemy, he pulls you behind a stray vehicle as a temporary form of shelter. It was at that moment he realized he wanted no future where you weren't there with him.

No time like the present. Alejandro muttered to himself. He pats his chest and pockets, seemingly in search of something. His eyes lit up as he pulled out a grenade.

He slides the grenade's pin ring over your ring finger. "In good times and in bad, in sickness and in health..."

He now clasps both of his hands over yours. "I pledge myself to you." He declares as a loud boom echoed in the distance.
